Scheduling Your Appointments
Our office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily and patient appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday.
Each physician reserves one day per week for surgery. You can schedule an appointment by calling during regular office hours.
When your condition requires urgent attention, we will make every effort to meet your needs. In return, we will appreciate your being on time for appointments and letting us know when you can’t keep an appointment.
If you need to cancel, please let us know as far in advance as possible to allow the substitution of others who have been waiting to schedule an appointment.
Please make non-emergency calls during regular office hours when your records are available. We will obtain some preliminary information for your call. Calls will be returned between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m.
Prescription refill requests should be made during office hours. Be prepared to give the receptionist your pharmacy’s telephone number.
Our answering service will answer when the office is closed. Non-emergency messages can also be left with this service. All calls will be returned.
Emergency Situations After Office Hours
Our answering service will immediately forward messages concerning your needs to the physician on call. In a major emergency when there isn’t time to call, you should go directly to the emergency room at Williamson Medical Center.
Payment for Office Services
Payment for office services is expected at the time care is received. Our office accepts payment by cash, check and, for your convenience, Visa or MasterCard.
Charges for obstetrical care include routine prenatal visits, normal vaginal delivery and routine postpartum care and will be billed to your insurance company after delivery. Cesarean section and circumcisions are billed separately. Pap smears, pathology readings, biopsies, ultrasounds, and X-ray services performed at our request will be billed directly to you from the providers of these services.
