Laura Andreson, D.O.
Laura Andreson, D.O. has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology since August of 2006.
Dr. Andreson grew up in North Dakota. She received her undergraduate degree in clinical laboratory science from the University of North Dakota. She attended Des Moines University for medical school and completed her residency at the University of Minnesota.
She lives in Franklin with her husband and two sons. She enjoys trying new recipes, baking Christmas cookies, traveling, and running. By running destination marathons and half marathons, she can combine travel and running to explore new areas of the country with her family. Her favorite race is the New York Marathon.
She also enjoys watching her boys participate in sports, theater, and musical activities.
Dr. Andreson is board certified and a fellow with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is experienced in both high and low risk pregnancy. She enjoys doing minimally invasive surgeries such as endometrial ablation, hysteroscopy, and laparoscopic surgery.
Her area’s of special interest include treating heavy periods, fibroids and contraception.
